Once you arrive to Dubrovnik there will be a representative of our local partner agency Dubrovnik Sun with the sign of our conference, waiting for you with the transfer available to any of your hotels or apartments you have booked.

Dubrovnik is back on the map for quite some time. Its hotel capacity has almost recovered, but it is still insufficient. The Best in Heritage can hardly compete with big conferences, but we have been very successful in penetrating into the attractive hidden offer: our local partner agency Dubrovnik Sun has (limited) number of pre-booked hotel rooms, private rooms and apartments, often in the very Old City or its vicinity. This has proved to be an excellent solution at acceptable prices. However, except for the luxurious offer, most of the hotels are 10 to 15 minutes bus distance from the Old City, and in a very peaceful and attractive environment. Please, do not hesitate to contact them for any further information.

The last moment reservations usually work only for private accommodation (hotels must be booked much in advance). To spare yourself from the panic, please make your bookings as soon as possible. Remember, our event's venue is in the very heart of the Old City, in the "Theatre Marin Držić".

The growing number of direct flights to Dubrovnik does not mean you should not do your flight arrangements as early as possible. Seats may vary in price very substantially depending upon the time of booking.
